Please note that all our items are hand-made and custom-made and therefore all images, shapes and sizes are for reference only. Variations are to be expected.
At My Happy Sunflower, we advise that babies under 16 weeks do not have their fingerprints taken due to the slight risk of bruising to the finger from the pressure applied.
Please also note that every child and person is different and some fingerprint lines are more defined than others. Our general experience is that fingerprints of children under the age of 18 months are often not very defined and therefore can be hard to see in your fingerprint jewellery.
If the customer acknowledges this advice and would still like to have a child’s fingerprint taken, they may be required to sign a waiver.
Your Right To Cancel
If you have changed your mind for whatever reason, you may cancel your order PRIOR to the dispatch of the your Magic Prints Kit and any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Should you choose to cancel your order after the Magic Print kit has been dispatched, we will refund you the cost of your jewellery minus a cancellation/admin charge of $150 and the cost of your Magic Prints kit. If the Magic Prints kit is returned to us unopened and un-damaged, cancellation charge will be limited to $150.00.
Once work has begun on the making of your jewellery we regret that the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Full Returns & Exchanges
We take great care and pride in all the jewellery that we make, and we are confident you will LOVE your jewellery! However, should you find that you are not happy with your jewellery, then we would like to hear your feedback at firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately we do not accept returns and refunds on bespoke, custom-made and personalised orders. An exception to this would be if we have not supplied the item as detailed on your order form (spelling mistakes, incorrect charm supplied etc.) or if an item arrives damaged (broken links, chipped corners). However, do note that our jewellery is 100% handmade, and some irregularity in each charm is completely normal, and part of why each charm is unique!
We are not held responsible for the level of definition or detail achieved from a fingerprint. When ordering a fingerprint item, customers acknowledge that everyone’s fingerprints are different and some lines are more defined than others. Equally, we cannot take responsibility for any prints not taken correctly following our instructions, customers ordering the wrong item, or spelling mistakes made on the order forms. Please check your order forms carefully before submitting them to us. Having said this, mistakes do happen and, where possible, we will always do our best to help correct them if we can.
As with all jewellery, links can be opened or broken if not treated with care. Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it, and contact us within 7 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged.
If we have not supplied the item as detailed on your order form, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the items, and we will make suitable arrangements for an exchange.
Late/Non-Arrival of Delivery
If your delivery does not arrive within the quoted delivery timescale please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event of a non-delivery we can only allow a replacement after 30 working days has passed. This is the timescale required for the postal service to classify a parcel as lost.
